What is included in the package price?
Hosting, SSL certificate, theme, admin panel and software updates are included in the monthly fee, with no separate setup or maintenance charge. Product limits, integration scope and support channels vary by package; see the comparison table for details.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Listed package prices exclude VAT.
Is there a commitment or contract term?
There is no commitment. Switching packages carries no extra fee.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes. As your business grows you can upgrade at any time, and the features of the new package open in your panel.
Can I use a feature that is not in my package?
Your store uses only the features included in your package. If what you need is in a higher package, upgrade and start using it right away.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can enable PayTR, iyzico or your own virtual POS provider, together with bank transfer and cash on delivery, from the panel. Payments go directly to your own account.
Can I connect my own domain?
Yes. When you add your domain in the panel, your DNS record is prepared automatically; once verified, your store goes live on your own address with SSL included.
Can I move my existing site to dznsoft?
Yes. We migrate your content, products and SEO data and set up redirects from your old URLs to protect your search rankings. All store data belongs to you and can be exported at any time.
